Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Secure Section of the Website

The Client shall enter their user ID and password when logging on to the secure section of the website. Please note that the password is strictly confidential and shouldn’t be shared with anyone. Access to the secure section will automatically be blocked after four unsuccessful login attempts resulting from an incorrect login ID and password combination. The Client is asked to immediately contact Ascot in case of suspected unauthorised access to the secure section of the website. The Client is also asked to contact Ascot should a third party be suspected of knowing the password. The client can however grant Power of Attorney (POA) to a third party so that they can be issued with their own login ID and password to access the secure section of the website.

The secure section of the website allows the Client to monitor their account and positions. However, the Client is asked to contact Ascot in order to place/amend/cancel an order.

Ascot shall not be responsible or liable for losses resulting from the Client’s access and use of the secure section of the website, unless such liability arises from a law that cannot be excluded.
